By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Jacob Bets publishes independent sports projections, statistical analysis, fantasy sports information, and related commentary. The Site is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes.

Jacob Bets is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept or place wagers, hold wagering funds, or act as an agent for any betting operator.

Projections and analysis are estimates based on available information, assumptions, and models. Sports outcomes are uncertain. We do not promise that any projection will be accurate or that using the Site will result in winnings, profit, fantasy contest success, or any other particular outcome.

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws and rules that apply where you live or use the Site. If you choose to participate in fantasy sports or sports wagering through an independent third party, you do so at your own risk and must meet all applicable age and eligibility requirements.

Do not participate in wagering or paid fantasy contests if doing so is unlawful, prohibited, or harmful to you. If sports wagering or fantasy contests are causing financial or personal harm, stop participating and seek assistance from an appropriate responsible-gambling resource in your jurisdiction.

The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If account registration is available, you must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the Site or other users, or create legal or security risk.

The Site and its original content, including projections, rankings, model outputs, written analysis, branding, design, organization, and compilation, are owned by Jacob Bets or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Jacob Bets grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create a competing product from substantial portions of the Site without written permission; use scraping tools, bots, crawlers, automated extraction, or similar methods to collect Site content or data; bypass access controls or usage restrictions; reverse engineer or attempt to discover nonpublic models or systems; interfere with Site operation or security; upload malicious code; use another person's account; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

Ordinary use of publicly available search engines to index public pages is not prohibited when it follows our technical instructions and does not unreasonably burden the Site.

If you send questions, suggestions, corrections, or other feedback, you grant Jacob Bets permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of personal information, which remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

The Site may display information from or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, terms, privacy practices, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the third party.

We may add, remove, correct, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We are not obligated to update projections or preserve historical content. Information may become outdated, and errors may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Jacob Bets disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob Bets and its owner, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, wagering losses, fantasy contest losses, or other losses arising from or related to the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Jacob Bets for all claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jacob Bets and its owner, service providers, and contributors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if restriction is reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, you and Jacob Bets consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Jacob Bets concerning the Site.
